Sharing a nanny can be the perfect childcare solution - you get the flexibility and quality care of a nanny, and share the cost with another family. Bingo!

Finding another family has always been the difficult bit.  When I did my first nannyshare I put an advert in the local paper - it worked but what a nightmare!  So slow and time consuming.  Nannyshare.co.uk offers a much simpler solution - an online database of families looking for a nannyshare, that you can search through and contact at your leisure.

We've been up and running now for 3 years - I still love the idea and newcomers to the site are always amazed by its simplicity and what a great resource it offers to working parents.

I've now had my third baby (hardly a baby, he's 18 months now!) and so have started another nannyshare.  This will be my 4th share - they've all worked in completely different ways and have all been absolutely great.  I would now consider myself to be a bit of an old hand at nannysharing, so if anyone wants any tips, please do let me know.
