A little about us...
Below are some of the key names involved with the Nanny Share website.
Ben Black
Ben Black has been involved in childcare and the child & eldercare employee benefits industry for almost 10 years. A French wife, the occasional marathon, a love of red wine and 3 young children keep Ben busy.
Ben was a lawyer with the City firm Ashurst before entering the world of childcare with the 2000 acquisition of Tinies Childcare, a bankrupt chain of 7 nanny agencies. Tinies is now the country's biggest supplier of nannies and nursery staff and the leading operator of creches and holiday clubs.
For a day job Ben is the Managing Director of My Family Care, a specialist provider of what he describes as "family friendly" employee benefits and he retains non executive positions at Tinies, and somewhat bizarrely the rubbish clearance company Any Junk.
Justin Jeffries
After university Justin began working as a children's counsellor at a holiday camp in the US. He worked directly with some of the youngest kids, planned summer programmes with a colleague and produced promotional photography for the camp.
With his childcare role not taking up the whole year, he also dabbled in part time acting, appearing in many TV and film productions in the early noughties. Blink and you'll definitely have missed him in Eastenders, a Bond movie and likely anything else filmed in or around London.
Now in the UK, Justin manages websites for My Family Care, including the leading backup childcare site Emergency Childcare.
Justin works for My Family Care and Tinies on all web based, design and branding projects - becoming involved with Nanny Share in 2008. With designers in Germany and web developers in India, chatting online really is work - honest. A keen photographer and traveller, after recently visiting India, US and Europe he's looking for his next destination.
Rachel Willits
Rachel was a litigation lawyer of renown before marriage, 3 children and Nanny Share entered her life. Rachel divides her time between Northampton and London and is now accepted and respected figure in the childcare establishment.

Johannes Spielhagen
Joe started his professional career with an apprenticeship as silversmith. After working several years creating and building interiors and lustres for churches he went to Fachhochschule Hildesheim (College of Art). Graphic-design for advertising and media agencies in Germany followed.
In 2003 Joe founded Michal & Spielhagen, an agency for Advertising, Public Relations and Internet. They have a large range of clients producing both print and web material. Joe is also assistant professor for Usability/User Experience at Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule (university for applied sciences) in Nuremberg, Germany.
Married with two children, Gustav (born 2005) and Carlotta (born 2001), Joe has a soft spot for good cooking, all kinds of art and architecture and hand played music (mandolin).

Sapnagroup
Nanny Share's web development team is based in Panjim, the capital of the Indian state of Goa. The base for their creative and account management team is Bamberg in the German state of Bavaria.
Justin last visited the guys in Goa in November 2008, spending a few weeks with them and learning the local customs (by customs, read 'food' and fresh lime soda).
A productive relationship
The Nanny Share team has had a long and productive relationship with Sapnagroup. We use their services for a number of projects, including the My Family Care sites, Tinies and Nanny Share.
